Connor Duprey is an associate lawyer who is a detail-oriented litigator with an ever-growing passion for environmental law. As a steadfast advocate, Connor takes the time to listen and understand client needs and ensures that those needs are met in practice. Connor’s proficient research skills and creative thinking allows him to assist clients with resolving both established and emerging environmental law issues.
Connor’s practice focuses on environmental law, insurance, contaminated land, regulatory compliance, and litigation. Connor represents clients in civil lawsuits, administrative law appeals and judicial reviews, and defence of regulatory prosecutions, all pertaining to environmental law disputes.
Connor has significant civil litigation experience before the Ontario Courts and Tribunals, as well as acting as counsel in private mediations. His civil litigation experience includes both oral and written submissions before judicial decision-makers in various litigation forums.
