The Law Society of Ontario: The Eight-Minute Environmental Lawyer 2023

On Wednesday, October 4, 2023, The Law Society of Ontario will be hosting The Eight-Minute Environmental Lawyer 2023 program.

The program is being held in-person from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.

John Georgakopoulos is the Co-Chair of The Eight-Minute Environmental Lawyer program. Alessia Petricone-Westwood will be presenting.

Alessia's presentation is titled: “Abandoning” the Corporate Veil - Director and Officer Liability for Oil and Gas Wells (Bilodeau v Ontario (MNRF).
